We start by understanding the event: the sport, the organizer, the event identity and the number of categories. Then we turn the logo and visual elements into a manufacturable piece, selecting material, finish and the hanging or display method according to the piece and its use.

Examples of requests

Placing and participation medals, tournament cups and awards, club and fan keepsakes, sponsor and partner gifts, and commemorative pieces. Design or color can differ between categories, with the final list approved before production.

Steps of an event project

We review the event identity, date and quantity per category. Then we propose the shape and materials and prepare a concept for approval. Once the design is approved, production, assembly and packaging proceed as agreed, and the delivery date is stated in the quote.

Avoiding late changes

Send logos in a clear format, specify the quantity per category, the colors and the texts to be written, and review the wording before approval. Changing data after production starts may change the cost or timeline, as stated in the quote.

What affects the price?

A new design, the number of parts, size, materials and finish, the number of categories, ribbons and packaging, and the quantity. That is why we need a description of the desired result and the event date. The quote covers only what is listed in it, and any additional item is defined and priced separately.

Can we request a design from scratch?

Yes. The design scope is defined in the quote after understanding the event identity.

What is the minimum quantity?

Requests are assessed by level of customization and cost; some designs suit small quantities while others benefit economically from larger numbers.

Send the event name, logo, quantity and date, and we will start designing pieces that suit it.
