Frequently Asked Questions
What does Thulathi offer?+
We offer custom design and manufacturing services including 3D printing, architectural and industrial models, awards and corporate gifts, sports-event pieces, and custom parts. The review starts from your need, not from choosing a machine first.
Where is Thulathi based?+
Thulathi is based in Dammam. Reception hours are Saturday to Thursday, 9:30 AM–1:00 PM and 4:00 PM–9:00 PM. Please reach out before visiting to confirm a time.
Can I order a single piece?+
Yes, single-piece and limited-quantity orders can be reviewed.
How is the 3D printing price determined?+
Price is affected by size, geometry and material, and by whether the part needs design, support, assembly or finishing.
How long does an order take?+
The execution time is set by our operations team. Small projects usually take from one to five days. For medium and large projects, the Thulathi team sets the timeline after reviewing the order details.
Can all spare parts be manufactured?+
No, some parts aren’t suited to the proposed solution or need specialized data and testing, especially when they affect safety. We review manufacturability before confirming an order.
Turn your idea into reality
Choose the path that suits you — a request is not a final approval of price or timeline; details are confirmed in the quote.

Upload the design file or a photo of the part, and specify the use and quantity — we review it right away.
